Written Tests

The written tests count for 40% of the final grade. The exams will take place at St Stephen’s School Campus between June 15th and August 20th

  • Form 1: English language and Mathematics
  • Form 2 - 5 choose between: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics Biology Economics, History and Geography
  • Lower and Upper sixth students: Appropriate subject combinations

Interviews

The oral exam counts for 20% of the final grade. The exams will take place at St Stephen’s School Campus. Exam dates will be communicated with candidates

  • Form 1: English language and Mathematics
  • Form 2 - 5 choose between: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics Biology Economics, History and Geography
  • Lower and Upper sixth students: Appropriate subject combinations

File Evaluation

This counts for 40% of the final grade. Our qualified staff will study the applicants’ files and assign grades according to past results. The following should be included:

  • Report cards and result slips from the students' former school(s) showing at least the minimum required average depending on the class
  • Certified true copy of student's birth certificate and identification documents
  • A 2000 FCFA application fee

Note:

  1. All new students pay a registration of 25,000 frs  plus a ream of paper (Double A).
  2. All science students in Lower Sixth and Upper sixth pay a Laboratory fee of 20,000 each.
  3. Upper sixth arts students offering Geography pay a field trip fees of 10,000.
  4. All Upper sixth science students pay a chemistry school base project fee of 5,000.
  5. Computer science / Information and technology students of Lower and Upper sixth pay a practical fee of 5,000 each.

We believe that everyone deserves access to quality education and should not be limited by their financial status. In an attempt to offer support, we offer scholarships, grants and financial aid to deserving students. The eligibility criteria are:

  • Academic excellence

    In order to qualify, students must meet at least the minimum academic requirements. To determine this, our staff will evaluate applicants' past report cards and result slips

  • Financial need

    Our financial aid programs are geared towards providing financial relief to the less fortunate. As such, we will require applicants to prove their need for financial assistance

  • Good morals

    At St Stephen's International College, we value good morals in addition to academic excellence and thus, we require our students to be an epitome of moral excellence.
